1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

3. Return Policy

• Customers can request a return within 2 days of delivery.
• Return requests raised after 2 days will not be accepted.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

4. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed.
• Refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, or delay caused by courier services.

5. Exchange / Replacement

• Exchange or replacement requests will be processed after approval.
• Replacement delivery will be completed within 5–7 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Used, damaged, or improperly handled products are not eligible for return or refund.

After verification, we may provide a replacement, if applicable. Refunds will not be provided.
